Very shimmery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whether it was the colour I had chosen but this makeup gave a really shimmer which I thought perhaps may be more suited to a young girl rather than a woman. It may have been better with a tan or colour but I wasn’t so keen on this product. It did go on well though.

The formula is pigmented and very creamy so a little bit goes a long way, be careful not to take out a lot of product. You can go as simple as you want or build it up for a glammed up look.
Overall I am very impressed with this and I would highly recommend.

As I found that when I put it over a full face off make it would tend to lift some of my makeup under it. May be user error as I tend to use powder product. Either way I do like it!

I usually really enjoy Maybelline products, but unfortunately the Sunkisser Highlighter Star Studded didn’t work for me. While it’s described as having a “melt-to-skin” formula, on my skin it doesn’t really blend in — instead it just seems to sit on top, which makes it look a bit unnatural. The shade also doesn’t quite flatter my complexion the way I hoped it would.
I love Maybelline as a brand and often find their products reliable and flattering, but sadly this particular highlighter just isn’t for me.

Works quite well as an eyeshadow topper or as a liquid highlighter, but I find that it is a little bit too glittery for my liking to use on my skin. I think would have preferred this product in a different shade as the gold tone didnt suit me. Not a bad product though, and dries down nicely.

I’m used to powder highlighter and it only lasts a couple of hours, whereas the liquid highlighter lasts all day and looks great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try this highlighter because I was intrigued by the formula and the packaging because it came in a lipstick type tube which I hadn't used before. I also hadn't used a liquid highlighter before.
A little goes a long way and it gives a lovely, soft natural looking glow to my skin which I love! It's also very buildable, it applies nicely on top of powder and underneath it too!
I love the golden shimmer tone too.

I do like them but the effect it very subtle with a sponge application and seems to lift my foundation if I use a brush. I’ve tried it a few times and I just can’t get it to lay over foundation without a sponge so, subtle it is. I do love them though.
