Natural but long looking

It separates the lashes nicely and coats smoothly. Elongates and adds volume to the lashes. I can build it to make lashes thicker. It doesn’t flake when you add multiple layers.

Die Mascara macht echt tolle Wimpern, war nach dem ersten Auftragen super happy, aber dann... Ich habe permanent schwarze Schlieren unter den Augenbrauen und bin ständig am wischen. Habe die Mascara dann nochmal als Wasserfest gekauft und was soll ich sagen...das gleiche Problem. Das ist sehr ärgerlich, da ich die Mascara so nicht verwenden kann/will.

Good mascara but a little clumpy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this mascara a little clumpy and needed to seperate my eyelashes after for the look I prefer. However it was long lasting and the black shade was good. I still prefer the wand on the telescopic range.

Lovely Curl

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used Maybelline mascara as I think it has a good consistency & their waterproof products have always performed well. I would however say that the waterproof version of this is not very good at being waterproof & smudges very easily. I found that both the waterproof & non waterproof do bleed under your eyes/ smudge a bit more than most of the Maybelline mascaras however I do love the curl it gives without having to use lash curler. The applicator is really nice & probably my favourite applicator. The mascara goes on nice & doesn’t seem to clump as much as other mascaras. Applies well and doesn’t clump. It also doesn’t leave your lashes feeling brittle after continuous days of applications & comes off very easily. I would recommend for a night out mascara.

It’s a winner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I struggle with panda eyes from most mascaras including waterproof so I use tubing mascara almost exclusively. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t get smudges all over my face by lunchtime with this mascara, or at all. I did get a few tiny specks towards the end of the day but nothing you’d see without really looking hard. It’s got a nice brush, nothing too big and bushy where you get mascara all over your lids. The mascara goes on really smoothly, you can build it up to get a more dramatic effect and it definitely does curl. My lashes don’t hold a curl as a rule but I definitely saw some curl with this. Definitely would buy it again.

The formula is not too dry or wet. I find it easy to use and i like the shape of the applicator. It didnt finish too fast either!

Lässt sich kaum entfernen

Die Mascara ist in Ordnung und bröselt kaum. Leider lässt sie sich nur sehr schwer entfernen. Selbst mit Augen-Make up Entferner (mehrere Marken probiert) muss man richtig fest reiben, um überhaupt etwas zu bewirken. Meine Wimpern haben definitiv darunter gelitten. Ich brauche keine Mascara die den Wimpern eher schadet!!

What is not to love

The colour is so pigmented & the formula doesn’t feel drying on my lashes at all.
It is also very easy to build & layer.
I get so many compliments when wearing it & I have already purchased another one, I love it that much.

Disappointed

So so disappointed I will be trying to return to Boots, masacara smudged all over eyelid on application and was hard to remove leaving eyelid a grey colour, within an hour it had smudged all under eyes. Glad I only went food shopping this morning if I had been out all day would have been embarrassed. Only purchased this yesterday so hoping I will get a refund

Good curl and lift mascara

Die neue curl & bounce verursacht brennende und tränende Augen. Selbst mit Augenmakeupentferner für wasserfeste Wimperntusche nur sehr schwer zu entfernen.

When I fist bought this I love it! It definitely curls my lashes for me and makes them long. By I find it really difficult to get off? Soap and even micellar water would t remove. There is no mention of this product being water proof and washable is in the title…

Ich habe das Mascara ausprobiert und nach einer Woche wieder damit aufgehört, da ich andauernden Juckreitz & geschwollene Augen hatte. Leider hatte ich den Kassenzettel nicht mehr- konnte somit das Geld nicht einmal zurück verlangen.

Ich liebe diese Mascara! Der Schwing ist wie nach einer Wimpernzange. Ich biege beim auftragen die Wimpern mit dem Applikator noch zusätzlich nach oben und halte die Position kurz. Die Mascara hält wirklich gut auch die nicht wasserfeste.
Wichtig nicht zu viele Schichten, dafür langsam und mit etwas Druck auftragen. An den unteren Wimpern ganz sparsam verwenden, wenn überhaupt. Es wäre schön, wenn es die Mascara noch in der Farbe Braun gäbe!

I bought this product a couple of months ago and white I am happy with the separation and curl of my eyelashes I have found that the product still smudges after several hours of wear, which is rather confusing as it is supposed to be waterproof.

Ich hatte große Erwartungen in den Mascara, weil er sich so viel versprechend anhörte. Bei mit zeigte sich keinerlei Curl-Effekt und nicht mal ein bisschen Volumen. Ich habe ihn nach kurzer Zeit enttäuscht entsorgt.

The best ever!

This mascara is the BEST ever! I have shortish eyelashes they usually clump up with other mascaras I’ve used in the past. Not this one !! I’ve used waterproof because I cycle a lot & don’t want panda eyes on arrival !! Also I’m 60 plus, this mascara is the best , it curls my lashes, widen my eyes ,I love it !

I've tried going back to previous favourites since using it and they just don't hold up in the same way. My eyelashes are naturally very straight, and even if I use an eyelash curler, the curl is gone by the time I grab the mascara. It's amazing to put this on and see them curl up straight away. Such an impressive product, and it doesn't clump, crumble or irritate my sensitive eyes at all. Couldn't recommend it more.

A fabulous sexy mascara for a night out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For me, just as the Maybelline Lash Sensation Sky High mascara is my go-to daytime look, the Colossal Curl Bounce mascara is my go-to night out look. The very black colour is dark and moody and it glides on thick and lusciously, making me feel almost like I'm wearing fake lashes. And another thing that works for me is the fact it's waterproof! Whether it's the joyful wet Manchester weather, tears from whatever life throws at me or trying to look good during aqua aerobics, it does stay on (which does mean it needs a bit of scrubbing off at night, but it's worth it).
Fab mascara, easy to apply and looks great on!

Waterproof, You Say?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a lovely mascara. My lashes feel elevated and horizontally boosted. The colour is good. However, it isn't waterproof, in fact... it doesn't even state 'waterproof' on the packaging at all. I would not feel safe going into a pool wearing this.

Top mascara.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just a great mascara. I always like maybellinne mascaras. They are such good value for money and always my first choice. I prefer this mascara to the sky high. I just think it costs my lashes better. One eye has pretty straight lashes and the other is quite curly but this evens them up nicely. Does smudge a little on the bottom lashes but I still love it.

I love this mascara. It really helps the lashes fan out and curls then. I felt too without feeling or looking spikey. I particularly love the white packaging and how easy it is hold to grip and use. The wand costs each lash well and doesn’t leave it sticky either. I really recommend!
