Terrible!

I normally love the maybelline mascaras. I bought the waterproof one and I don’t know if it’s faulty or something but it gives me the worst panda eyes. I’ve never known smudging like it! The mascara itself gives lovely volume and lift but after about 5 minutes it’s all under my eyes!! Going to have to throw it away, so disappointed!

Great Mascara for Volume and Length

Great applicator gives a great result.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I get a new mascara the applicator is always important to me so finding out this mascara has 6 different lengths of bristles so that it costs even your smallest of lashes.Which is completely true! I loved using this mascara and found it did actually give my eyelashes volume and seemed to make my lashes longer.It makes application so easy too.

Mixed results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am always interested to try new mascaras and as I have quite short lashes thought this may be the one for me. Unfortunately I did struggle quite a bit with the shape of the application wand and particularly because it was much thinner than the brush I have been using. Without my glasses even with a magnifying mirror I still struggled to use the wand without poking it in my eye. The times I have been able to put it on without poking my eyes it has looked very good leaving me with dark glossy lashes and much longer however more often than not I did have problems and had to remove and reapply. I would recommend to other people if they can see to use the thin wand. I will keep buying Maybelline Rocket mascara as I find the thicker wand easier to see and also it comes in a waterproof formulation.

Nice mascara

Nice mascara, no clumps

I usually purchase Maybelline mascaras, mostly because I find they're great for my rather sparse eyelashes. This item applies evenly & doesn't clumps my eyelashes together. Lasts great too. Only downside is,
I'm unsure about the shape of the wand - I find it a little awkward. Maybe it's a personal issue, but for this reason, I wouldn't buy this particular mascara again

Perfect all rounder!

My favourite Maybelline mascara

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely impressed with this product, I’ve used lots of different branded mascaras and several by Maybelline- and this is definitely up there as one of my favourites. The curved brush makes it really easy to coat the lashes evenly- bottom and top. It’s buildable without being clumpy. Will definitely be purchasing again!

Fabulous volumising mascara

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybelline do great mascaras, this one goes on well, one or two coats is enough for daytime, eyelashes look longer and volumised, doesn't clump or smudge and lasts well throughout the day. Night time I do a few coats for amazing black lush lashes, lifts the lashes and they look much longer. Does take a bit more time to remove the mascara if more coats. Overall my eyelashes look much improved and opens up my eyes, if only using one product then mascara has the biggest impact.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of this mascara as you have 2 sides of the wand to use. 1 side is thicker than the other so you can easily use that side for top lashes and thinner side for the bottom lashes. The colour is a really intense black which is what I prefer but be careful you don't have too much mascara on the wand as it easily smudges. Overall a great mascara I hope maybelline bring out a waterproof version.

Long lasting mascara

It stayed on all day even with some rubbing due to hay fever. it is my favourite maybelline mascara. I have worn it with just one coat for during the day and for a more dramatic look I applied a couple of coats when I was heading out. I just love it!

Perfect lashes

The comb is firm enough to lift the lashes from the base and Works well on bottom lashes as well. It is perfect for me as I don’t have to comb through my lashes to separate them.

I used it for a 12 hour visit to the seaside and when I got home the mascara was still looking good! It goes on very easily and looks professional. I wasn't so keen on the brush as I prefer a slim brush to this 'fatter' one but it was still fine. I do however, prefer the Maybelline Sky High mascara.

A fair mascara

The let down for me was that the mascara really came off far too easily during the warmer weather. It was a warm day today and half the mascara ended up under my eyes within a couple hours of application.

Lifts your eyelashes and curls!

It isn’t clumpy and when you pull the brush out it has just the right amount of product on so it doesn’t go on too thick and end up clumping together. The brush really lifts the lash and gets it from the base with ease which makes them look thicker and fuller as the colour is also on the base of the lashes. I would definitely buy in future and love all of maybelline mascaras

Lovely mascara and no clumps

Nothing too unique

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this mascara for a week. The brush is a soft silicone type one which curves and has short bristles on one side and longer bristles on the other. I find the formula very similar to the new sky high mascara. However you would remove with a normal eyemakeup remover and not warm water. The formula is quite light initially but after 4 days it's has become a little thick and clumpy. It lengthens and slightly thickens lashes nicely but I didn't notice more volume.
I feel the brush is curved the wrong way because it doesn't grab the smallest lashes. The smaller bristles should curve on the outer side so it's easier to reach the lashes from the base of the eyelid. The inner curve should should then have the longer bristles to grab ends of the lashes to pull and lengthen them.
It's a nice simple standard mascara and would only recommend for this, but nothing special or unique I'm afraid.

Fan effect mascara

It really seems to spread out the lashes which is so flattering, and the shaped brush was nice and easy to use. Love it!
